Service agreement & helpdesk support

In order to support you as well and efficiently as possible when using our software packages you have the option of signing up to a service agreement. This will ensure you have the most up-to-date version of our software packages and during office hours you can contact our specialists via the helpdesk for technical and user support. The helpdesk can even access your PC remotely so that they are better able to support you.

JoPPS support website

For JoPPS, in addition to the helpdesk, there is a complete JoPPS website at your disposal. A source of information that you can also consult outside office hours, at weekends or in the evening.

Our support pages are particularly user friendly. A simple search function allows you to serach our Wiki, the How To's, What's New and lots more. On this website you can also find the latest versions of the program for download.
