Requests can be registered and monitored and quotations can be allocated to them. Requests may have their own checklist. The content of the quotations can be copied from MS-Excel, retaining the layout, and the quotation can be printed off.
The production runs can be quite literally mapped out. When opening the Geographic planning you can see at a glance where all the teams are at any particular moment.
Management of the hours worked by employees: the available hours per employee can be put in a calendar. Employee availability is checked during planning. Employee-specific reports and production-specific reports can be retrieved. For each production run a list of operations can be added which can be printed with a barcode. Employees can scan these individual barcodes in order to log the services. After a job has been carried out the number of hours can be read out on a daily basis per employee and per project. There is a possibility for adjusting these times manually.
